Please use this form to update your address so that we can periodically let you know about your class reunion events and other social occasions. We no longer accept dues! If you were a student at McLean High, or were on the faculty or staff, you're automatically a member! MAFA is an all-volunteer organization, and we raise funds through school events, such as producing the fall athletic program. Because of the generosity of business sponsors and the hard work of our volunteers, we no longer solicit annual dues.

Please fill in your nickname if you were known to others in high school by that name instead of your real name. Your mailing name is your full name as you would like it to appear on any correspondence to you. Although completely optional, if you'll give us your Social Security Number, it will greatly help us locate you in the future. We do not publish or otherwise release SSNs; they're used solely for locating missing class members, to substantiate future address changes, and to confirm death reports.

Now please tell us if you had any brothers or sisters who attended McLean High School. This really helps the individual classes locate missing people by tying families together. Just enter their first name and year, if they had the same last name that you did, like this: Brad '82, Sue '84.

We do NOT release any information to anyone, even your classmates, without your permission, and we NEVER publish your mailing addresses on the Internet!

What do all those Release Levels below mean?

• Internet Published: This category only applies to your personal and business E-mail addresses. Most people want their E-mail addresses published, and this level is the default. Note that we DO NOT publish home or work mail addresses or phone numbers on the Internet, and this choice is not available for those categories.
• Public, Directories: This is the highest release level for addresses and phone numbers. If the Association publishes a directory for its members, this information is fairly public. It's difficult to stop unsolicited mailings from businesses, even if the directory carries a disclaimer. Some people don't mind having their business address and phone number published this way, however.
• Association Members Only: Your personal or business address or phone will be released only to Association members who request it. We do not accept requests for large quanitites of addresses this way, even from members, so you can expect that someone who requested your address or phone number really wants to get in touch with you again.
• Official Association/Reunion Mailings Only: This is the most restricted category. We will not release your address or phone number, even to other members, and will only use the information for official association correspondence, such as reunion notices. We will, however, blind forward letters to you from members; we will accept a letter addressed to you, and we will remail it to your address, thus protecting your privacy. Although we can blind forward letters, we recommend that you NOT select this option unless you really have concerns about your privacy and don't feel comfortable with the category "Association Members Only".
